"Recently, I was referred to CNS and boy was I glad I called. Enrique was polite, quick to respond,helpful, very thorough and extremely professional when giving the estimate. He answered all of my questions about the process, the product used (we have 2 young kids and a cat & dog, so going green wasn't just important, it was critical), what he could realistically do, and what he could not.
The day of the service, I was amazed at just how well his machine and solutions worked, as well as how little smell there was from the cleaning.
Normally with past carpet cleaners, my senses were assaulted after the job was done, and this was anything but! My wife has an incredibly sensitive
nose and even she commented on how it didn't bother her to be in the house, even while it was going on. And while you may not smell the products,
that's not to say they weren't incredibly effective. I watched four years worth of dirt, grime, pet stains, food, and who-know-what-else get extracted in a huge filter. The resulting dirt removed probably was the size and weight of our cat. Wow.
To say that I'm pleased with Enrique's company would be a gross understatement. Our 15 year old carpet, while far from "brand new", looks incredibly refreshed and revived. The house looks great and I'm happy to have clean floors for our kids to play on. We will definitely use CNS again."
